To achieve this, Sanyal emphasized the importance of transformative investments, innovative shipbuilding practices, and more efficient utilization of maritime resources. This shift is crucial, he noted, as India aspires to enhance its maritime capabilities and position itself as a key stakeholder in international maritime governance.
