Nagercoil: Immanuel Arasar College of Marine Engineering, Nattalam in the Kanyakumari district of Tamil Nadu, organized a Maritime Job Fair on November 22nd, 2022.
Job fair is a great chance for students to learn about potential career routes and opportunities, companies that hire and the numerous industries they can work in.
This maritime job fair was organized by the chairman of Immanuel Arasar College of Marine Engineering Dr.Sam G Jeba Joselin and correspondent Dr.D.Saheela Shantha Kumari.
A speech about the career in maritime and the scope in the maritime industry was delivered by Commander(R) Sulakshan Sharma, a Veteran Naval Commander, Philanthropist and Educationist, Author, Motivational Leader, Guru. Cmdr Sharma is also a renowned Maritime Education and HR expert.
The students further got encouraged and motivated by Mr. Pravinraj.S, Regional Head- South India, Littoral Communications. He interacted with the students and guided them about the potential for Indian Seafarers.
This was a fantastic opportunity for the companies to learn more about the academic offerings and about the abilities and capabilities of the eligible student and vice versa as more than 100 candidates benefitted from this fair.
