Deepam Rastogi, director of CMG Maritime Institute, one of India’s leading Maritime Coaching Institutes believes that for any successful business model to flourish the basis starts with identifying the problem and giving out the solutions, He said, “When I was at a very young age and working in this industry, I realised that education is a primitive feature of growth for any profession,” But unfortunately, there have been very few institutes working on this aspect and setting it up for their candidates. Rastogi said that there are major differences between CMG and other institutes in India, “Firstly, we are not doing any approved courses and certification like most of the institutions and norm of this industry is.
